We manufacture HT700 series resistance-heated hoses to transfer molten plastics and thermoplastics from the extruder to the mould at a defined temperature. Made from T3 PTFE hose resistant to high temperature and pressure stress, HT700 coex resistance hoses provide an excellent flexible connection between the co-extrusion unit and the mould, making mould changes practical.
Fe-CuNi (J) type thermocouples are generally preferred for co-extrusion heated hoses. Other thermocouple types — NiCr-Ni (K) or PT100 — can be manufactured on request. HT700 coex heated hoses are produced with BDN (flat-face) and DKR (conical) type connection fittings.
Our HT700 co-extrusion heated hoses guarantee efficient operation within the system under correct installation and normal operating conditions. HT700 coex heated hoses can be controlled with the HT-1000 temperature control panel.
From standard production to custom requests, our technical team helps you find the right solution.
